One guest was charmed by the soft toys provided in their room, which helped their daughter settle in. The hotel is also very accommodating towards pets with beds, bowls and treats supplied for furry friends. Families with large groups were catered for with food served promptly and cheerfully. The children's menu was particularly appreciated, although some guests felt that the hotel could provide more games and activities for kids. Despite this, the hotel was generally found to be family-friendly with an excellent pool that kids loved and a friendly dog named Sam who was a big hit with the little ones.
