Breakfast was a little bit unorganized, but overall the hotel, park and staff were amazing. It's a great value for money and definitely a fun, family-friendly place to stay.

The location is also perfect for families visiting nearby attractions like Lapland UK or Legoland. The spacious king suite room was a particular highlight for us, as it allowed us to put our daughter to bed and still enjoy the evening. The rooms themselves were clean, secure and cosy and we appreciated the housekeeping service. In fact, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special - our toddler received a surprise Lego toy at check-in and our granddaughter loved the fresh blueberry muffins and Danish pastries. We also appreciated the nearby fast food and restaurants. While there were a few minor hiccups, like having to wait for a room to be ready upon arrival, overall we had a great family staycation and would recommend it to friends and family.
