The treasure hunt in the room and LEGOs scattered throughout the hotel were great touches and the outdoor play area was a bonus. Evening activities were a hit with the kids and there were even a few planned throughout the day. The only downside was that there weren't a wide enough variety of activities for families. However, the staff were amazing and the themed rooms with bunk beds were loved by children. The attention to detail showed in the catering for families, including the goodies in the chest and the gift after the treasure hunt style quiz. Breakfast was a little bit unorganized, but overall the hotel, park and staff were amazing. It's a great value for money and definitely a fun, family-friendly place to stay.

Upon arrival, the kids were given welcome gifts and activity packs at dining. The pool and spa facilities were good, although parents should bring inflatables for their children as there is no shallow end in the main pool. The hotel has spacious external green areas for kids to play in and a play area is also available. However, some guests felt that the atmosphere was ruined by the lack of regulations and guidelines for guests with children and animals. Additionally, some guests were disappointed by the lack of toys for kids to play with in the pool and the fact that children's pool times were not reflective of the number of families and children in the hotel. It was also mentioned that the hotel doesn't accept children in the restaurant and changed a reservation without notifying the guests. No babysitting service is provided by the hotel but there are many children in the hotel. Lastly, there were some restrictions on the use of the swimming pool for families with children.
