The hotel is located near family attractions and the staff is very accommodating, especially with breakfast for large parties. It's recommended to book a family room for extra space. Some family rooms come with bunk beds which are great for younger children. Although there were some issues with housekeeping, the staff was always quick to rectify the problem. The hotel also provides welcome gifts for kids including small robes and children’s packs which were a lovely touch. During family time, the swimming pool is great for kids to play in, but it can get very noisy which may be scary for babies. It's better to go during non-family times if you have a baby. The staff is friendly and welcoming to children and the child’s robe and welcome goodies went down a treat. The hotel organized a movie night for children which was a hit with both kids and adults. The Easter Egg competition was also a fun activity for children. The hotel has excellent family pool facilities and a good value children’s menu. The afternoon tea was lovely for both kids and adults. Although the family rooms were too small for some guests, it's overall a great family base for a lovely short relaxing break. The hotel is perfect for young children and teenagers with plenty of things to play with and explore. Although the inconsistencies in staff interactions with customers should be addressed, the staff is extremely child friendly and all children are made to feel welcome.
