The pool and spa facilities are excellent, although it can get quite busy so booking ahead is necessary. There is a good selection of Elemis bio tec facials and massages available and spa packages are reasonably priced. The spa area itself is lovely and clean with a relaxing atmosphere. However, some guests noted that it could be noisy when children's swimming lessons were taking place. Dressing gowns and slippers were not provided for guests to move from their rooms to the spa. Despite some mixed reviews, guests who booked massages had an excellent experience. Overall, the spa facilities were deemed amazing by most guests, although some felt it needed a deep clean and updates.
