The swimming pool has a short time allocated for children's swim and some children were even excluded from using it due to Covid restrictions. This caused disappointment for some kids who were looking forward to using the pool as their main activity. Despite this, the hotel offers family rooms with two double or queen beds, which is perfect for a family of four. The gym facilities looked decent, but some guests were unable to make much use of them due to having commitments with their children during the daytime. The service and hospitality were underwhelming, according to some guests and some felt like they were not informed of the hotel's policies beforehand. Overall, Stoke By Nayland Hotel, Golf & Spa might not be the best choice for a family with kids, as there are limited activities available for them.
