Despite this, the spa remains a highlight of the hotel with guests noting that it is beautiful and well-maintained. The staff at the spa are also considered to be friendly and accommodating.

In addition to the spa, there are two swimming pools and a gym available for guests to use. While there were some comments about the odd layout of the gym/spa area, the spa procedures themselves were outstanding. While the sauna and jacuzzi were unfortunately closed during some guests' stays, the friendly staff and exceptional therapists (such as the highly recommended Gisèle) more than made up for it. All in all, guests have nothing but positive things to say about the spa at Quinta da Casa Branca.
