Guests have raved about the spa tubs and jetted tubs with some even paying extra for the privilege. While there were a few complaints about the jacuzzis being hard to get in and out of, most guests found that their jacuzzi bath tub/shower worked perfectly. Some guests did note that the jacuzzis could use resurfacing, but that didn't detract from their enjoyment of the tubs.
