The pool area is clean, relaxing and surrounded by beautiful suntrap gardens that guests found very appealing. However, some guests thought that the pool should have been heated and they would have preferred more shaded outdoor seating areas apart from the back of the hotel. Nonetheless, the hotel provided pool towels free of charge and there were ample loungers available around the pool. Some guests especially appreciated the fact that the pool was heated, which was a nice surprise! In summary, the outdoor pool was a real bonus for guests staying at The Havelock.
