One of the highlights of the resort is the hot tub and jacuzzi in the rooms. Guests loved the hot tub and found it perfect to unwind after a day of hiking in near zero temperatures. The private hot tubs are a nice extra bonus and some guests loved it so much that they used it daily after hiking. The double shower was also a real treat for guests. The decor and the hot tub in the room made for a great experience. Though some guests found the hot tub a little too hot or a little too loud at night, most found it amazing. However, some guests reported a strong chlorine smell from the hot tub, but given covid, it was necessary. Some guests also found the hot tub difficult to operate, but easy to read instructions were available. Overall, the hot tub at Mountain Shadows Resort was a well-received amenity that added a whole new level of relaxation and rejuvenation to guests' experience.
