The spa facilities are top-notch and well-maintained with a salt room, hamam, sauna and bubble pool with a lovely view. The spa treatments are also fantastic with guests raving about their massages. Some guests did mention that the spa is small for a 5-star hotel and is limited to 1-hour access, but overall the spa is a great experience. The staff is helpful and accommodating and the spa and wellness services are much appreciated. It's a shame that the jacuzzi was closed for some guests, but others still found the spa to be an incredible addition to their stay. Private parking is also available and the hotel is located in the historic old town. Keep in mind that there is no spa access for guests under 18 years old.
