Although some guests found the concept of all-inclusive confusing, the majority found the system to be very good. Some guests were disappointed that premium drinks and food were not included in the package. On a downside, the mini-bar and drinks were a constant chore as only two bottles of beer were allowed at any one time. You had to call room service from inside your villa and wait for two more to be delivered. Despite some shortcomings, the all-inclusive package was fantastic.
