They especially loved the outdoor heated whirlpool that made it possible to swim even in winter. The pool bar has great food and drink options, but some guests complained that the service around the pool was terribly slow. Other guests found the swimming facilities overcrowded and some were disappointed that the pool closed at 7pm. The limited spa facilities were also a concern for some and they wished that the price reflected the unavailability of certain amenities. Nevertheless, the pool area itself was lovely and some guests described it as an amazing first spa experience for their teenagers. On a cautionary note, one guest's little one caught a cold from being outside in the pool.
