This farm is eco-friendly and fully self-sustainable, operating with biodynamic cultivation and fertilization methods, and is fully converted to organic farming with no chemical products. It uses solar panels and wood/pellet heating, and roof-water is collected for its vegetable garden. The restoration of the farmhouse was done using bio-architecture and natural materials. The farm produces organic extra virgin olive oil, herbs, and ancient wheats, and is part of the Archeological and Agricultural Park of Travalle, which is a European area of natural interest for its flora and fauna.
