With great additions like a jacuzzi and steam room, the gym and spa area are fantastic. The lovely spa area offers amazing facilities including a sauna, steam room and hot tub. While the spa floors and changing room shower faucet could use some work, the spa facilities are still great with excellent towel service available. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool and spa for a relaxing night away and the spa offers a variety of treatments like back massages at very reasonable prices. Some guests have noted that the jacuzzi can be cold at times, but overall the spa facilities are beautiful. The pool facilities are also good and there are lots of choices with friendly and helpful staff available. Some guests have mentioned that there are broken tiles in the spa area and the spa could do with more loungers. Despite these minor issues, the spa is clean, friendly and offers great leisure facilities for those wanting to relax and unwind.
