However, some guests mentioned the SPA fee of 35€ per person for a 2-hour access, which they consider too expensive and others complained about the inconsistent quality of the services. Nevertheless, guests appreciate the perfect hospitality and kindness of the staff, who make divine cocktails. On the downside, some guests had maintenance issues, such as shower silicone to be repaired and chipped skirting boards. Despite these concerns, the outdoor pool, garden and spa facilities are praised as fantastic and very pleasing.
