The pool offerings at Silverwater Resort Phillip Island present a mix of experiences for guests. Many visitors appreciate having both indoor and outdoor heated pools with some noting that the pools were warm, clean and particularly enjoyable for children. Guests frequently mention that the pool facilities, including the tennis courts and playgrounds, are good and provide ample entertainment for families. The view from the resort rooms further elevates the experience.
However, there are areas that indicate room for improvement. Some reviews highlight that the indoor pool area and shower facilities could benefit from better cleanliness and repairs. There are mentions of the pool furniture appearing shabby and the pool areas feeling run down. Occasionally, guests found the indoor pool to be uncomfortably cold and there were issues with overcrowding and noise due to many children using the pools. Despite these drawbacks, many guests still found the pools to be a positive aspect of their stay at the resort.
