Some guests particularly loved the pool areas and utilised them during their stay. However, some also found it hard to find a place at the pool without children running around and suggested the need for more chairs and big umbrellas for shade. Guests also enjoyed the fact that there is a bar and restaurant on site. Though some felt the bar served not so nice food, others thought it was awesome. The open spaces, customer service and the pool were an absolute highlight. Many also praised the staff that provided them with snorkels. The pool area, including the lovely lagoon and nice tropical pool and its facilities are truly amazing with so much to do and enjoy. While it would be nice if the pool was heated over winter, guests swam regardless of weather because both outdoor pools are heated to a high temperature.
