Very Good

Location

If you're looking for a hotel with a perfect location in Surfers Paradise, look no further than Q1 Resort and Spa. Guests have raved about the great location with nothing being too far away - including the beach, shops, restaurants and even the tram. The views from the hotel are fantastic with some lucky guests being able to take in the beautiful sea views. The convenience of having a 24/7 convenience store and bottle shop nearby has also been noted. Furthermore, the hotel is situated in a high rise, providing guests with great views of the surrounding area. With easy access to everything, including public transport, this hotel couldn't be more conveniently located.

Breakfast

When it comes to breakfast at Q1 Resort & Spa, there are mixed reviews. Some guests were not impressed with the buffet breakfast, describing it as "below average" and "extremely average." A few even recommended skipping breakfast altogether or opting for the café in the foyer instead. There are different types of suites and apartments to choose from, the 3 and 4-bedroom apartments being the most spacious. The rooms are equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including massive TVs, spacious balconies and luxurious spa bathtubs. The communal utilities in the room and the facilities throughout the hotel such as the spa are fantastic. The standard of the room is fantastic, clean and modern. Although, some guests have mentioned that the furnishings could be updated and the cleaning could be improved. The kitchen could be better stocked with sharper knives and matching plates that fit in the dishwasher. There was hardly any dishwashing liquid provided and only one dishwasher pod for a six-night stay. However, the hotel staff are accommodating, friendly and helpful which compensates for these minor issues. Overall, Q1 Resort & Spa is a great hotel for anyone visiting the area looking for beauty, comfort and luxury.
