The Mercure Gold Coast Resort boasts a fantastic location that meets the needs of its guests. Set amidst beautiful and peaceful surroundings, the property is surrounded by two of the best golf courses in Queensland, making it an ideal location for weddings or watching golfers on the ninth bunkers and green. The hotel is a short drive away from Broadbeach and conveniently close to a concert venue, making it easy to get around. Despite being a little out of the main tourist strip, its location is considered perfect as it is close enough to the city and shops yet far enough away to feel like a relaxing holiday. The location is amazing, making guests feel safe and out of the way, but not too far from amenities. The car park is located close to the accommodation and the resort offers golf cart room service/transport to make it easier to get around. The only downside is the long walk from the room to reception and dining, but this is offset by the excellent central location which is convenient for guests' requirements. Overall, the Mercure Gold Coast Resort has an excellent location, providing guests with ease, comfort and picturesque surroundings.

The drivers, receptionists and housekeepers were all exceptionally nice and accommodating. The manager and reception team were brilliant, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, the staff, rooms and facilities were excellent and guests appreciated the clean and lovely atmosphere.

If you love to lounge around the pool during your vacation, Mercure Gold Coast Resort is definitely a great choice for you! With two beautiful pool areas and provided towels, you can soak up the sun in style. While there were a few noisy guests who weren't staying at the hotel, most guests found the pool area to be peaceful and relaxing with plenty of facilities like tennis courts and pool towels. Many guests also loved the lovely grounds surrounding the pool with its beautiful landscaping.
