The lovely big foyer and excellent views of both Story Bridge and Kangaroo Point add to its charm. Although there were some disappointments in regards to requests for a twin bed and poor food facilities, overall it's worth staying here, especially if there are discounts available. However, guests have expressed concern over the check-in process, which can take up to 2 hours and 15 minutes. Additionally, some guests would have appreciated a minibar in the room and concierge services, especially for elderly guests.
