The heated pool at Seasons Botanic Gardens received mixed reviews. Guests appreciated when it was lovely and relaxing, contributing positively to their stay. However, there were several issues raised about the pool not being sufficiently heated, especially during the winter months. Some mentioned that the pool heater was not working, making the water extremely cold and rendering it unusable. There were also instances where the spa and pool were not working at all and even occasions when the pool was closed.
