Guests appreciate the hotel's location, which is easy to access and near several major highways. Despite being near an airport, the hotel is quiet and calm, making it an ideal place to unwind before a flight or during a layover. The convenient location is not only great for airport access, but also for exploring the city - the hotel is conveniently located near the Eagles Stadium and is close to family members living in the area. The restaurant in-house is also a plus, along with the free drinks offered. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport boasts great location, convenient transportation and an affordable price.

Breakfast
Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport offers an excellent complimentary breakfast that many guests love. The breakfast buffet is great and some guests particularly enjoyed the made-to-order omelets. The staff who prepare and serve breakfast are exceptional and pleasant. The breakfast is served in a nice setup with good ambiance and is of Hilton standards. Some guests found the breakfast to be very good and appreciable. The hotel also offers complimentary drinks and has a 24hr store inside the hotel. However, some guests had issues with the breakfast such as it being unorganized, shutting down before the time was up or being served with plastic throwaway utensils. Despite these, many guests found the breakfast to be one of the best they’ve ever had in a hotel and it’s included in the room price.

Rooms
Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport offers super comfortable and clean rooms, as well as spacious and nice rooms. Some rooms were outdated but clean with old furniture and carpet. However, everything worked and the accommodations were nice and clean. Some rooms had musty smells, spiderwebs, hair in the bathtub and could have been cleaner. The walls in some of the rooms need repairs and updates and some guests found filth on the walls and woodwork. Some rooms had broken closets, missing items and poorly made beds. Despite these issues, guests generally found the rooms to be large, comfy and accommodating with well-functioning kitchenettes. The biggest complaints were cleanliness and dated interiors. Nonetheless, staff were very nice and accommodating and the hotel's location is very convenient for those traveling through the airport.

Beds
Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport offers a variety of bed options to suit the guests' preferences. Many reviews praise the super comfortable and comfiest beds they've ever slept on. Despite some reviews mentioning old mattresses, guests generally slept well and found the beds comfortable. The only downside is that some guests found the beds to be very small and a few reviews mention broken pull-out beds or issues with the double beds. However, these seem to be isolated incidents and the majority of guests had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cleanliness
Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport is a hotel that has received mixed reviews regarding its cleanliness. While some guests pointed out issues like dirty sheets, hair in bathtub and lack of cleanliness, others praised the hotel's cleanliness stating that their room was clean and very nice. Some guests even found their room to be super comfortable and clean. The hotel appears to be dated but clean for the most part, although some fixtures were worn out and needed updating. Guests commented that the hotel could use some updating and that the woodwork and phones were disgusting and dirty. However, most guests found the hotel well kept and clean. Some minor issues such as spider webs in the room or carpets in the dining area that could have been cleaner were noted but were not viewed as a significant problem. Overall, while the cleanliness of the hotel is not always perfect, many guests found their rooms and the hotel itself to be clean and spacious.

Staff
The staff at Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport are receiving rave reviews from guests. Visitors consistently praise the workers for being nice, helpful, great, amazing and friendly. Guests also report that customer service is top-notch with staff going out of their way to accommodate for their needs. Many mention specific staff members who stood out, such as Keisha and Karine at the front desk or Nasir. Although a few guests had negative experiences with staff, they seem to be the exception rather than the rule. Overall, the atmosphere and friendliness of all staff, from receptionists to bartenders, make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pool
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport has a lot to offer when it comes to pool amenities. Though there were some negative remarks in reviews about the pool being closed for maintenance or dirty, the majority of guests enjoyed their time splashing around. Families with children particularly loved the pool, despite it being crowded at times with lots of kids running around. The pool area itself was noted as being on the smaller side but still adequate for the number of guests using it. There were also positive comments made about the gym and other amenities available. Overall, while some guests experienced issues with the pool, it did not seem to detract from their overall positive experience at this hotel.

Parking
Guests of Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport seem to have mixed feelings about the hotel's parking policy. Many guests feel that the $25 overnight parking fee is ridiculous and should be free. Some guests also mentioned frustration with having to pay for parking multiple times if they go in and out of the hotel. However, there were also some positive comments regarding the affordability of the parking fee compared to other hotels in the area. Overall, paying for parking seems to be a downside for some guests, but others found it to be reasonable.

Family
Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport is a great hotel for families with kids. The hotel provides parking spaces that can be reserved for disabled persons. Although there were a lot of kids at the hotel, it was still an enjoyable stay. Some guests did note that children were running and screaming throughout the day, but that didn't deter families from having a good time. The pool was a highlight for many, but some were disappointed that the pool hours were limited. However, families still had a wonderful stay with nice rooms and accommodating staff. The hotel provides cribs and pack and plays upon request and is conveniently located near many activities. Breakfast was also a hit with families and the hotel is pet-friendly for those who want to bring furry friends along. Overall, Embassy Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Airport is a great option for families looking for fun and comfort.
