Revegetation program with Land for Wildlife organisation and Murrumbidgee landcare Over 450 of the endangered Tumut Grevillea established on the property,(second largest known colony) where the capture of seeds is taken each year to ensure more plants can be cultivated and established in other sections of the property. An arboretum established to revegetate the property(over 5000 shrubs and trees) and prevent erosion from the river banks and destruction when the river floods. This enhances native wildlife at the property. We have over 134 different species of birdlife documented on the property. Elm Cottages ever evolving philosophy is primed by providing guest with a transformation experience which is revolved around sustainability in a rural setting, There are only 5 cottages on the 62 acre property, mown tracks interpretative signs..
