The Argyle Grand Hotel Nairobi Airport has been recognized by guests for its outstanding attributes, particularly highlighting the food, staff friendliness, and atmosphere, which contribute to an unforgettable experience for many visitors. Despite these positives, there appears to be some discrepancy when it comes to aligning its services with typical five-star expectations. While the hotel boasts facilities that meet the five-star standard, the service quality has left some guests feeling short of the premium experience they anticipate from hotels of similar caliber worldwide. There have been instances of service that were deemed less than optimal by reviewers, suggesting that there is room for improvement in ensuring a consistently high level of service to fully match the facilities offered.
