Some teens were also disappointed to find they couldn't use certain parts of the pool and there were reports of one staff member being exceptionally rude. Nonetheless, the pool remained a popular feature of the hotel with some guests commenting that it was great despite its busy nature. The option of both an indoor and outdoor pool also added to the overall experience.
