The hotel did offer upgrades for an extra cost, but still, some guests felt that the quality of the hotel's amenities didn't live up to what you would expect from a 4-star establishment. Breakfast was plentiful but not of the same quality you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Despite its shortcomings, An Chúirt Hotel is still a 4-star hotel, so guests had high expectations and felt disappointed that some aspects of their experience fell short.
