The spa experience at Rixos Premium Alamein garners mixed feedback with highlights centering on certain treatments and overall wellness services. Notably, the spa and wellness club services are frequently praised for their quality, with specific appreciation for the Moroccan massage offered by skilled specialists. Guests also mention excellent services, singling out the Moroccan bath experience as a standout feature. However, some reviews express concerns about the professionalism of massages and note that the spa facility doesn't fully embrace the elegance expected from a luxury hotel. The limited access time to the sauna and jacuzzi area raises some eyebrows, suggesting room for improvement in accommodating guests' relaxation routines. Despite these critiques, the beautiful pool and the delightful restaurant adjacent to it enrich the overall spa experience, balancing some of the less favorable aspects.
