The staff, particularly the spa staff, were said to be extremely friendly and supportive, even working above and beyond at times. However, noise in the spa area could be a problem and some guests were disappointed to find that the sauna was not at the right temperature, lockers were broken and there was no shower gel in the showers. Additionally, the swimsuit dryer had been removed from the wall. Despite these small issues, the spa at DoubleTree by Hilton Cheltenham was considered a great facility by many guests.
