The facilities are superb and the service is very good. While some guests have had issues with slow room service or a decline in breakfast selection, overall the experience is positive. The pool view is spectacular and the hotel itself is bright and stylish. However, a few guests have had negative experiences with one even calling it their worst 4-star hotel experience ever. Despite this, many guests still recommend the hotel and believe that it should meet the standard and quality expected of a 4-star hotel.
