The spa at Tewkesbury Park is a wonderful addition to this hotel. Guests have reported receiving lovely beauty treatments in the health and wellness area. While the spa facilities were sometimes crowded, the service was extremely professional and welcoming. The swimming pool was set at a lovely warm temperature and visitors enjoyed lounging in the hot tub. Those who used the pool, sauna and steam room early in the morning found them to be in good condition. In the spa changing rooms, guests enjoyed added extras like use of GHDs. Unfortunately, some guests were disappointed with the uninviting outside sauna/hot tub area and others felt the area could be more pleasing to the eye with more greenery/flowers. Overall, the spa facilities are greater than the sum of their parts with guests enjoying wonderful spa treatments and a relaxing spa break. However, some felt the swim facilities were a let down and needed more availability of spa treatments. Despite some shortcomings, the spa facilities were excellent for most visitors and combined with the great service of the staff, it was an enjoyable weekend w spa!

If you're looking for a tranquil retreat, Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa has a fantastic spa with lovely facilities that guests loved. However, some guests mentioned that the spa was pretty crowded and had a strong chlorine smell. There were also comments that the staff in the spa were not helpful. Despite this, many guests still thoroughly enjoyed the spa and their treatments; one even called it the best spa facility they’ve visited. If you're looking for an onsite spa, this hotel is a great option. To improve the spa experience, some guests suggested bigger robes for spas and that children should not be allowed in the spa. Additionally, there were a few comments that the spa access was limited given the price. But overall, the spa was a great bonus to an already fantastic stay with excellent facilities, lovely staff and a peaceful atmosphere.
