Guests have raved about the spa tubs and jetted tubs with some even paying extra for the privilege. While there were a few complaints about the jacuzzis being hard to get in and out of, most guests found that their jacuzzi bath tub/shower worked perfectly. Some guests did note that the jacuzzis could use resurfacing, but that didn't detract from their enjoyment of the tubs. The only other downside was that the shower inside the jacuzzi could be difficult to maneuver, especially for those with mobility issues. But for those who can handle it, the jacuzzi tubs are a great way to unwind after a day exploring Saint Augustine.
