The hotel is remote, approximately a 20-minute hard drive from Funchal or the primary roads and most routes up the mountain from the East drive are quite difficult to drive. The hotel is perfect for those who want to disconnect and explore the island at their own pace. The hotel is situated in a remarkable site without the mass tourism in the middle of Madeira's countryside. The hotel's location is ideal for those who want a quiet environment and wish to relax and unwind.
