The hotel is well-located and near Reid's and there are plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars to explore nearby. Despite being slightly far from Funchal uphill, the beautiful setting and ocean views make up for it. Overall, The Cliff Bay - PortoBay is an ideal location for guests looking for a wonderful, centrally-located and beachfront hotel with great facilities.
