The large family rooms can easily accommodate up to four family members, making it the perfect place to celebrate special occasions, as some guests did for their sister's 60th and mum's 85th birthday. However, some guests experienced poor service, such as only being provided with towels for one person, despite booking for two children and an adult. Additionally, one guest was unable to book a mother and daughter manicure in the spa as their granddaughter was only 10 years old. Despite these issues, the hotel is overall great for family getaways and guests unanimously recommend it to family and friends. Finally, for parents who need some time to themselves, the hotel offers excellent facilities to keep the kids entertained, allowing the whole family to have a good time.
