The only downside was the robe provided which wasn’t very soft and lacked a waist tie. Spa treatments were fabulous, superb or wonderful, however, water pool was out of order leaving an overall feeling of disappointment. Regardless, the free access to the spa was a nice touch and some guests found that the spa was a comfortable added value.
