The Kinnettles Hotel & Spa boasts a spa, but unfortunately, there were certain maintenance issues pointed out by some guests, such as broken utensils, headrest, wooden panels and showers. A few noted that the spa was small but it was actually an advantage as it made the experience more private and relaxing. However, others had a harder time with the spa due to the inconvenience of having to go out in the cold after using the facilities, the unavailability of spa staff to provide towels and the small basement area. Nonetheless, there were good reviews from those who enjoyed the lovely room and spa, great massage, superb spa facilities and fantastic spa treatments. Despite mixed reviews of the spa, the hotel remains to have a great location, spacious rooms with heated floors and powerful showers, attentive staff and a beautiful area to chill out in.
