The hotel's Leisure Centre provides complimentary access to the pool, sauna and steam room and some guests reported that this was a nice treat. Unfortunately, some guests experienced issues with pool facilities during their stay with reports of the pool being out of order or the pool and jacuzzi being cold. Some teens were also disappointed to find they couldn't use certain parts of the pool and there were reports of one staff member being exceptionally rude. Nonetheless, the pool remained a popular feature of the hotel with some guests commenting that it was great despite its busy nature.
