Despite its small size, the resort has everything you need, including great food – a rarity at many all-inclusive venues. This resort is truly one of the best all-inclusive properties around with a fantastic location, gorgeous sea and garden views and top-notch staff. Water sports activities are included and the resort has an amazing all-inclusive drink selection with a wide variety of cocktails to choose from. The room service is a great perk, included as part of the all-inclusive package and available all day. However, the restaurant booking system needs improvement. Though some guests found fault in the food quality, it is important to note that the resort offers full restaurant service, not just typical all-inclusive buffets. All in all, this resort's all-inclusive package is truly comprehensive with everything covered and so much more superior to other all-inclusive resorts in the area. Just be aware that the restaurant booking system is a bit cumbersome and the portions and quality of some dishes can be a bit lacking.

There are also plenty of options to rest and relax around the hotel and the staff are generally friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient, close to town but still surrounded by lush trees and plants. However, there are many issues with the all-inclusive package, such as additional charges for certain things that should be included, limited drinks and food options (especially for vegetarians/vegans) and a lack of quality in the buffet. Some customers have also complained about the used car salesman-style upselling when they arrived and the lack of information provided about the all-inclusive package. Nevertheless, there are still positives to be found, as many guests enjoyed the various amenities and facilities provided. Ultimately though, some people feel that the hotel falls short of what a true all-inclusive resort should offer.
