The Leisure Centre is a big attraction for families with a great child section in the swimming pool. Despite the lack of a kids club and games room, the staff were friendly and helpful, making for a very happy family experience. The food was excellent, although the rate/cost for a family room was high. The hotel is located away from families and kids but still offers a lot for a lovely family stay. Some guests did mention a lack of entertainment specially for kids, but others enjoyed the Jurassic park and making special memories with grandparents. While not really set up for children with limited room service options and no children's food menu, it was still an overall perfect family hotel stay. The fold out bed provided for a child in one guest's room was uncomfortable with springs coming through the mattress though.
