The rooms in Hotel Kilkenny are a mixed bag according to guest reviews. Some guests found the rooms to be modern, clean and very comfortable with large and lovely accommodations. Many also enjoyed the unexpected balcony in their rooms. Others, however, were disappointed with the dated decor and lack of amenities, such as fridges in the room. Some had issues with noise, uncomfortable beds and dirty carpets. Despite this, the majority of guests found their rooms spacious, clean and comfortable with good lighting and plenty of facilities and some even received superior or deluxe upgrades. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the bathrooms were found to be very clean with great showers. The hotel also has a great pool and sauna facility for guests.
