The access to the chilled out Xhale pool area on the top of the tower with fantastic views was a particular bonus. Guests can choose from plenty of chill out areas or upbeat fun areas to mix with other guests. The pool and beach areas are clean with plenty of cabanas, pool chairs and ocean water. There is a pool with a DJ for those who love to party every night. However, the pool areas close early and the basic margaritas near a standard pool are not the best. Unfortunately, the beach area is overtaken by the public beach. The staff at the rooftop lounge bar and pool make the stay even more enjoyable, though the Xhale club was not what some guests expected for the added cost. The pizzas near the lovely pool area are delicious, but the food places in the pool areas don't allow guests to bring food to their seats. The only quiet pool areas required extra payment. Some reviews mention the trashy dancing encouraged by the entertainment team and the dance club smelling bad of vomit, which made some guests avoid it. However, most of the reviews suggest that the pools and activities were well put together and enjoyable. Some guests complained about the lack of access to the nice rooftop pool area and the weak drinks. Also, the pool areas could benefit from more food options.
