While the spa can get quite busy, the extensive wellness facilities allow guests to truly unwind in peace. Top treatments are available at the Shiseido institut and the wellness activities provide a pure zen experience. The spa was not always perfect with some treatments falling short and unfriendly service at times, but overall guests found it to be a beautiful and quality facility with fantastic surroundings. The fantastic indoor pool and sauna facilities are definite highlights.
