Some guests also had a pool view from their room, adding to the serene ambiance of the hotel. Although some guests did not use the pool or found the hot tub to be cold and closed, most appreciated the absence of children and the option of a separate Jacuzzi area. However, a few guests have noted that there were some issues with the management of the pool, such as unavailability of sun loungers due to untimely reservation by other guests. Nevertheless, hotel staff provided excellent customer service, even around the pool area. The hotel's location nearby the city center and beach was also a plus for guests.
