The covered pool is exceptional, making it possible to swim even in rainy weather. The hotel offers excellent restaurants and an extensive fitness center, as well as the possibility of therapeutic treatments without leaving the property. However, there were some complaints about the quality of spa massages and the hygiene of the sauna and hammam areas with the latter requiring an additional, high fee to access. Despite these issues, most guests enjoyed their time in the spa and appreciated the new equipment and spaciousness of the complex.
