The various facilities are sure to provide a fun and enjoyable experience for children with some even calling it a 'children's paradise'. There are numerous indoor and outdoor activities for kids to enjoy, from the children's book area to the many play areas. The staff are always helpful and patient with kids and the hotel even provides electric cars for children to freely ride around the floor corridors. However, some guests have recommended that the management improve the safety of the hot spring areas. Although it's a great hotel for families, some adult guests may find it slightly noisy. All in all, Silks Place Yilan is an excellent choice for families traveling with children with plenty to keep everyone entertained.
