The hotel boasts quirky and excellent interior design that sets it apart from other hotels in the area. While some guests felt that the service levels could have been better, the hotel as a whole is superb. Although a few guests were disappointed and felt that the hotel did not live up to its claimed four star status, the majority of guests left positive reviews. Keep in mind, however, that some guests felt that the hotel was more suitable for a Premier Inn than a Mercure four star hotel.
