The hotel is just a short walk away from the city centre with guests praising the hotel's location as excellent, superb and great. The beautiful riverside walk to the city centre was particularly loved by guests with a quiet location just outside of the busy city centre. Despite being a bit far for some to walk, guests appreciated the convenience of bus stops just outside the hotel for quick access to the city centre. Overall, the hotel's location was described as fantastic, ideal and perfect for sightseeing or a short stay in Oxford.

We particularly enjoyed the support we received from the front desk, who were exemplary in their service. The restaurant staffs were also very friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a great dining experience.

We were impressed by the level of attention and care given to our stay with staff going over and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Isabella even surprised us with an impromptu birthday dessert for my wife - a lovely touch. Despite a small mishap with one reception staff member breaking our luggage handle, the majority of the staff were excellent and made our stay memorable.

Overall, we can't recommend voco - Oxford Spires, an IHG Hotel enough for its incredible staff, who made us feel at home and exceeded our expectations.
