Our spacious apartments offer amazing views, full kitchen facilities, separate bedrooms and balconies. Although, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by our business center which did not have a computer. We understand how important it is to have adequate facilities during business travel, that's why we provide our guests with kitchen facilities and a proper lounge room. The room sizes are enormous and perfect for families. The only downside was that the elevators could be more high-powered especially since the suites are located on the 24th floor. Besides this, we believe that the location is fantastic and the customer service is great as well with Benjamin being the shining star. We are sorry to hear of any lack of empathy from other members of our team. Furthermore, we have noted the concerns regarding time limits and breakfast availability. All in all, we provide our guests with "full-sized apartment hotel living" with a great location and adequate kitchen facilities.
