Hotel Palazzina Grassi is the ideal hotel for those who want to be in the heart of Venice. Located in the San Marco district, this small boutique hotel is right on the grand canal and close to everything. The excellent location allows guests to easily access all of the key Venice tourist spots either by foot or by water taxi from the hotel's mooring. Within a 10-15 minute walk, guests can reach Piazza San Marco or the Rialto Bridge. The area around the hotel is pretty quiet, making it a perfect location for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel is situated in a very venetian district and the staff is friendly and welcoming, making guests feel right at home. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is perfect. Hotel Palazzina Grassi is an intimate hotel that offers an amazing location that is central yet quiet.

The staff, including Matteo, Gulio, Sara and Julio, amongst others, are incredibly kind, friendly, attentive and helpful. They go above and beyond to make guests feel at home and assist with itinerary planning, booking restaurants and tours. The concierge is especially helpful and the barman makes amazing cocktails. The personnel at the hotel are professional and attentive and guests appreciate the discreet service of the cleaning staff. Some guests even received an upgrade to a superior room as a commercial gesture. However, a few guests have reported unpleasant experiences with certain members of the staff, but they are exceptions and overall, the staff is excellent. Guests return to Hotel Palazzina Grassi not just for its perfect location, fabulous cocktails and good food, but also due to the fantastic staff who make them feel incredibly special.
