The hotel is situated in a clean and less touristic part of Venice, surrounded by less crowded canals, offering a nice and peaceful stay. Guests can walk to all the main attractions or take a water taxi, which can be found 20 meters away from the hotel's doorstep. Within minutes of the hotel, travellers will find themselves at the People Mover, Piazzale Roma and the central train station. The location makes it an excellent base for visiting all the sites that Venice has to offer and it is a short walk to museums and eateries. While the hotel is away from the crowded centre, it is close enough to walk or take a ferry and guests appreciated the proximity to the bus and train stations.

The shower has coloured LEDs, which was a pleasant surprise to some guests and the modern shower is spacious and clean. The hotel has a high-quality Etro bathroom product that is excellent. The staff is friendly and always give excellent recommendations for dining out.
